Please read our terms and conditions. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to the following:

I agree to back up my device before sending it in for repair, Heathfield Computer services cannot be responsible for any loss of data or software on your unit during the repair process.

I understand that data, applications and software can be erased during repair if required and Heathfield Computer Services will not be held responsible for this.

I understand that postage and packaging and all costs involved in sending my iPod in for repairs is fully my responsibility. I will wrap my device securely following the courier or Royal Mail guidelines and include my order number.

I understand that Heathfield Computer Services are not liable for any damage or loss to my item whilst in transit. I will make sure my device is insured to the correct value and safely packaged when posting it in.

I understand that Heathfield Computer Services will charge a £10 diagnosis fee plus return postage if I decide not to go ahead with repairs or decide to cancel after we have received the unit. I will pay this before the unit is released.

I agree to the company recycling my item if I have not made contact or payment for a repair within 3 months to cover costs.

Heathfield Computer Services will not be liable for loss or damage of any kind indirectly or directly caused by or arising from any of the above process or repairs carried out by Heathfield Computer Services. We will we not be liable for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever arising from or in the due course of using your unit.


Details of Warranty

Heathfield Computer Services offer an industry standard 3-month repair warranty on parts. Warranty excludes accidental damage, negligence, misuse, improper use, wear and tear and overloading of the device. 

You must contact us within 3 months if you experience the same fault with the device relating to the part replaced. You will then be asked to return the device to us with a description of the fault so it can be tested.

If the fault relates to the original repair the device will be repaired at no extra cost and returned to you. We require all device with ongoing problems to be sent in up to 3 times before we will process a refund. If refunded our parts will be removed in this instance.

If the device has an unrelated issue we will contact you with the fault diagnosis and the costs involved. If you decide not to go ahead you will be responsible for the £10 diagnosis fee and return postage.

We will always store a 'before and after' photo of the repair to keep on our records, this is to prevent any damage being blamed on the technician after we give the device back to you. 


Privacy Policy Details

We will only use your personal information for your order to be processed. This may include your name, address, phone number and email address. We do not send out spam or pass your details on to any third parties in any circumstances.

We have a strict confidentiality policy here at Heathfield Computer Services and your details or data will not be compromised. We will only pass on data if requested to do so as a legal requirement.
